Introduction
Innohx sterile double tube plate heat exchangers currently include TU series (U-tube), TDU series (straight tube double process), TDC (suction straight tube single process), TDM series (micro sterile), etc.
Feature
- Design of straight pipes (standard including corrugated pipes) and U-shaped pipes
- Can be designed for horizontal or vertical installation
- Single process, dual process, and multi process design
- Sterile double tube plate design, completely separating the tube and shell sides to prevent cross contamination
- The slope of the heat exchange tube bundle ensures a fully drained design
- The baffle design ensures the clean discharge of shell side media
- Designed according to ASME BPE and TEMA standards, in compliance with cGMP and FDA specifications
- The inner surface can be electropolished to ensure smooth and consistent inner walls
- CNC machining ensures the accuracy and consistency of products
- Each heat exchanger has been cleaned and passivated before leaving the factory
- 304SS insulation outer layer can be added

- Standard mechanical polishing to 0.4um, optional electric polishing
- Standard model heat exchanger area: maximum 8.5 square meters
- Non standard models are designed and manufactured based on selection
